Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for C1 Fluent English Speakers located in Cairo, Egypt, with some work from home acceptable. The role entails handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, managing back-office tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering customer queries, resolving issues, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English at C1 level or higher
  • Experience in customer support, call centers, or similar roles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls and managing back-office tasks
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid role, with some work from home
