About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Sales Manager (C1 English)
to lead and develop a team of sales agents. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive team performance while maintaining a positive and motivating environment. This role requires outstanding communication skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of English-speaking sales agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor individual and team KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and improvement.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, sales training, and performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations and provide real-time support to agents.
  • Develop sales strategies and action plans to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Analyze sales reports and identify areas of improvement or opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, quality, and training teams to ensure alignment.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies, sales scripts, and quality standards.
  • Support new hires during onboarding and nesting phases.
  • Drive a high-performance, positive, and customer-oriented culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a sales-driven environment (preferably call center or telesales).
  • Excellent command of English (C1 level minimum).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, pipelines, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing international or English-speaking accounts.
  • Background in outbound sales, telesales, B2B/B2C sales, or inside sales.
  • Certification in leadership, coaching, or sales management is a plus.
