Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for English-speaking professionals located in Cairo, Egypt. As a B2-level English Speaker at RAYA CX, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will engage with customers across various communication channels and provide support that exceeds expectations. Your daily tasks will include responding to queries, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligns with the client's requirements.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher, with strong verbal and written proficiency.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, including empathy, active listening, and professionalism, to engage effectively with diverse customer profiles.
  • Technical skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency, to handle customer support efficiently.
  • Organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet service deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary to align with business needs.
  • Prior experience in customer support, BPO, or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
