Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Speaker - Customer Service position. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The position is located in Qesm El Maadi.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Customer service skills, including handling inquiries, problem-solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and familiarity with customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
