Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Language Speakers Customer Support (French-English-German) position, based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for some remote work. The responsibilities include providing top-notch customer service and support in French, English, and/or German by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering tailored solutions. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction through efficient and professional communication, monitoring client feedback, documenting interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French, English, and German, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with good time management and multitasking abilities
- Basic technical proficiency, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships and collaborate within teams
- Prior experience in customer support or international client-facing roles is a plus
- A tertiary degree in a relevant field is an advantage
