Role Description

We are seeking a full-time English Speaker Customer Support Representative for an on-site role in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include effective communication with customers, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The representative will play a critical role in contributing to the positive experience of our clients by maintaining professionalism and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with customers effectively and professionally
  • Ability to perform Troubleshooting to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) with clarity and precision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment with a commitment to customer care
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
  • Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
