Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Specialist C1, based in Qesm El Giza. The Customer Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. The role includes managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records, and aligning services with company standards to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build strong relationships and create positive experiences.
- Proficiency in delivering Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through professional service.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, in a professional and clear manner.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and solve customer inquiries effectively.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and related customer management software is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous.
