Customer Support Officer).

NSSG Egypt, a recognized leader in global risk management and security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented C3i Operator to join our elite team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our Command, Control, Communication, and Intelligence (C3i) operations, ensuring seamless information flow, monitoring critical communication channels, and supporting real-time operational decision-making.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Qualifications

  • University graduate — preferably in Languages, Translation, Alsun, or English-related faculties.

Experience

  • Previous experience in call centers or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Background or exposure to intelligence, analysis, or information monitoring is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English proficiency (B2+ / C1).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on a rotational schedule (including day/night shifts)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor NSSG sites and document all updates, observations, and changes accurately.
  • Prepare clear, structured reports on site conditions, issues, and updates for management.
  • Provide clients and suppliers with accurate, up-to-date site information and support communication flow.
  • Track global news and produce concise briefs on relevant political, economic, or security developments.
  • Record all actions and updates in the company's digital system for organized operational logging.
  • Escalate urgent issues to supervisors with clear context and recommended actions.
