Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Specialist C1 role, located on-site in Qesm El Giza. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers via various communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of service quality. The specialist will handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and enhance the overall customer experience by providing efficient and professional support.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer service tools and software
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or experience are advantageous
