Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Qesm 1st 6 October, with some work-from-home flexibility. The English Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling customer complaints, providing information about products and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and following phone etiquette protocols. The representative will ensure a positive customer experience by delivering courteous and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proficient in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Experience in working as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
