Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Supervisor, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, ensure customer satisfaction, provide support, and manage customer service activities. This role involves coaching and training staff, resolving complex issues, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service Management and Customer Service
- English level B2 as a must
- Experience as a Supervisor 2 years as a must
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
