About the Role:

We are looking for a
Russian-speaking Customer Service Representative
to join our international customer support team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist Russian-speaking clients with their inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails from Russian-speaking customers.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Log customer interactions and follow up on pending cases through CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when needed.
  • Meet daily and monthly KPIs related to service quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure fast and accurate issue resolution.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain account knowledge and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is must.
