Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Al Manşūrah. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day responsibilities, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
  • Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
  • Fluency in verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications are advantageous
