Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Heliopolis. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process, developing and implementing quality management standards, monitoring and assessing product quality, coordinating with various departments to resolve quality-related issues, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality management, quality assurance processes, and quality control methodologies
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing quality management standards
  • Skills in monitoring and assessing product quality and identifying areas for improvement
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with various departments to resolve quality-related issues
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the AI or technology industry is a plus
