Role Description

We are hiring Mechanical Engineering Call Center Agents (Fluent English Speakers) for a full-time, on-site role supporting a leading global automotive company. The role is based in October Motamiz, Cairo, Egypt, with transportation provided.

As a Call Center Agent, you will:

  • Handle technical and customer inquiries related to automotive products and services.
  • Provide accurate and professional support to international customers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Work in a morning shift schedule with rotational days off.

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering background (mandatory).
  • Fluent English (C1 level) — excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the automotive field and innovation.
  • Presentable and professional demeanor.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
