Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic business plans. The role involves market research, proposal development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, market research, and strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with the aerospace, telecommunications, and construction industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing and closing deals
  • Experience with project management and client account management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
