About the Role:

We are seeking
highly motivated (
Call Center)

Inbound Agents
to join our customer engagement team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing
inbound patient calls
related to appointment booking, service inquiries, and general support — while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and applying
effective up-selling techniques
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and assist patients with appointments and service-related inquiries.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions.
  • Identify up-selling opportunities and achieve sales-related KPIs.
  • Escalate complex or special cases to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure professional and efficient communication, particularly for Saudi regional calls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an inbound or tele sales role (healthcare experience preferred).
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills; Saudi accent is a strong advantage.
  • High-level sales and up-selling skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and KPI-driven attitude.
