We're looking for a Sales & Business Growth Specialist who's driven, strategic, and people-savvy to help us grow our footprint in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound and inbound lead generation
- Connect with decision-makers (Founders, GMs, CHROs, etc.) and qualify their business needs
- Pitch Talent 360's services across HCM, Outsourcing, Strategy & Performance, and L&D
- Prepare proposals, lead sales presentations, and close deals
- Collaborate with the CGO on growth plans, market expansion, and commercial partnerships
- Build long-term relationships and uncover upsell opportunities with existing clients
Qualifications
Have 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B consulting
Speak the language of business owners and HR leaders fluently
Are confident in handling outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and proposal follow-ups
Understand how companies scale and the HR pain points they face
Are fluent in English and Arabic
Are excited about driving real impact in a growing company
