Role Description

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the translation and localization industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and new clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and client needs.
  • Present and promote DB Group's translation services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management in the translation or localization industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of translation and localization services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Excellent Command of spoken and written English (minimum C1).
  • B2B sales experience
