Job Description
- Support and follow up on daily housekeeping activities to ensure compliance with contractual standards and 5S requirements.
- Monitor outsourced security guards' attendance, grooming, and assigned area coverage to ensure alignment with Raya Electric standards.
- Assist in setting and implementing security deployment plans to ensure the entire site is properly secured.
- Ensure lost and found procedures are applied, logging all items and coordinating their return to rightful owners.
- Ensure office doors are secured after working hours and support in monitoring CCTV
- Coordinate transportation schedules and routes in alignment with HR and Operations to ensure efficiency.
- Follow up on bus conditions, receive complaints, and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Support meal quality checks to ensure delivery time and HSE standards are met.
- Support warehouse operations by following receiving/releasing procedures, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
- Track and request office and buffet supplies based on stock levels and approval hierarchy.
- Support basic financial follow-up including invoice tracking and coordination with Finance.
- Support contract filing and renewal follow-up.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of maintenance coordination, housekeeping and office services.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Oracle or ERP systems is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
