Role Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support to ensure they have a positive and satisfying experience using our facilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of meeting rooms facilities, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning
  • Oversee facility maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and potential clients
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our clients' base
  • Collaborate with marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our meeting rooms and workspace services.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to your team to ensure their success

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing community spaces, co-working facilities, or similar environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Job location in West Cairo- 6th of October City
