Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding projects, units, payments, and general information.
  • Record and update customer information, requests, and complaints on the system accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure proper closure within agreed timelines.
  • Support in post-delivery customer interactions and satisfaction follow-ups.
  • Escalate critical issues or complaints to the direct supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company information.
  • Contribute to improving customer service standards and call quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a
    contact center or customer service role
    , preferably within
    real estate, hospitality, or service industries
    .
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills.
