**Microfilm Egypt – Kodak Alaris is seeking a CEO Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office and maintain effective communication across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings.
• Maintain well-structured records, files, and documentation systems.
• Provide direct administrative and logistical support to the CEO.
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive office.
• Support project follow-ups and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in office or executive management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office applications.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
