Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role located in Heliopolis. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and executive support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations. The role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and providing direct Executive Support
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Competence in general Administrative Assistance tasks
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Proficiency in relevant office software and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
