Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Downtown Cairo for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, candidate screening, and conducting interviews
  • Proficiency in recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple hiring processes
  • Knowledge of labor laws, hiring best practices, and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in Heliopolis
  • At least 1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
