Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a German Recruiter. The German Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various roles, with a focus on German-speaking professionals. Daily tasks include creating job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. The recruiter will ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection
• Proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage recruitment processes and meet deadlines
• Experience in human resources, staffing, or a related field is a plus
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
