Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Heliopolis for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting talent to facilitating onboarding. Daily tasks will include advertising job postings, proactively identifying candidates, conducting interviews, managing hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with candidates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring practices
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and team members
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is a plus
