Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Team Leader based in Heliopolis. The role involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing and guiding the talent acquisition team, and ensuring alignment with organizational needs. Responsibilities also include developing and implementing recruitment policies, maintaining candidate pipelines, and fostering positive relationships with hiring managers. The Team Leader will ensure that recruitment and onboarding align with overall HR and organizational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and workforce planning
  • Expertise in HR Management, Employee Relations, and HR Policies
  • Skills in Personnel Management, including team leadership and performance optimization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience in talent acquisition strategies within a corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
