Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, based in Heliopolis, with flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will oversee the recruitment processes, coordinate with hiring managers to define job roles, and implement strategies to attract top talent. The role involves managing the hiring pipeline, developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring targets.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid-senior and critical roles across departments.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from screening to onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline efficiency) and provide regular reports.
  • Optimize recruitment processes and introduce new tools or methods to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives and promote the company across platforms.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and labor laws.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong experience in mass hiring and specialized hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and HR tech tools.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
