Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist, located in Heliopolis. The Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including hiring, employer branding, and interviewing. The role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, onboarding new employees, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. Additionally, the Specialist will support organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
