Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing key administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business functions. Daily responsibilities include handling back office operations, maintaining important records, supporting office operations, and collaborating with other departments for effective communication. The role may also involve providing support for sales and finance-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations is required, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and maintain organizational processes.
  • Strong Communication skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in Sales and Finance processes, with the ability to provide support to relevant departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills to manage data, records, and reporting effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office software and systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a busy office environment.
