Back-Office Advisor, FLINK Business Solutions:

Team Leader and The operations Manager

Location:
Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt

Terms:
Full-time, annual contract

Working hours
: Morning Shift: 8 am – 5 pm,

Weekends
: Friday & Saturday

Responsibilities
:

 Accurately handle daily work load of assigned tasks within committed service levels (SL)

 Suggest process improvement ideas

 Update required data sheets/systems for workload reporting & analytics

 Daily tasks include sending emails to customers, document processing, information

Validation, systems updates, etc…

Requirements
:

 Excellent command of written/spoken English C1

 Verbal and typing communication skills

 Working knowledge of Internet & MS Office tools

 High attention to details and accuracy levels

 Fast learner

 Experience: 2-4 years
