Community Back Office Executive

Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks related to community operations, including documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Support the Community Manager in preparing reports, circulars, and communication materials for residents.
- Prepare, draft, and handle official memos, letters, and reports.
- Coordinate with finance, customer care, and facility management teams to ensure timely handling of community-related requests.
- Maintain and update residents' databases, contracts, and service records.
- Track and monitor community requests, complaints, and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Support in organizing community events and engagement activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
- Handle correspondence and follow-ups with suppliers and service providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or back-office roles, preferably in the
real estate or community management
sector. - Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills.
