Role Description
We are looking for a
full-time Business Development Manager (Media Production)
to join our growing team in Cairo.
This role bridges the
creative and business sides of production
— managing projects from concept to delivery while also driving
new business opportunities
and client relationships.
The Business Development & Sales Manager will:
- Manage client communication and maintain long-term relationships.
- Develop and present creative
production pitches and proposals
. - Coordinate between
creative, production, and post-production
teams. - Supervise
budgets, timelines, and deliverables
. - Identify new business opportunities with
brands and agencies
. - Contribute to Valyou's growth through
strategic partnerships
and successful project execution.
This is a dynamic role for someone who's
both production-savvy and business-minded
, ready to help scale Valyou's footprint in the
advertising and media industry
.
Qualifications
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in advertising, production, or business development. - Strong understanding of
production workflows
and creative processes. - Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills (Arabic & English). - Proven experience in
client management and pitching
. - Solid
organizational and leadership
abilities. - Comfortable working under pressure in
fast-paced environments
. - Familiar with
budgeting, cost estimation, and sales pipelines
. - Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Media, or related field
. - Proficiency in
MS Office, Google Workspace
, and CRM or production tools is a plus.
