Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Call Center - Italian Speaker. The main responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent customer support, resolving customer complaints, and conducting follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, managing customer inquiries, and updating customer accounts as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
