Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing top-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a professional and customer-centric demeanor during every interaction. The role also involves working in a contact center environment, using digital tools to document, monitor, and manage customer interactions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center experience
  • Excellent Communication skills for articulating information clearly and professionally
  • Solid Computer Literacy skills for navigating systems and managing data
  • Ability to maintain a positive and proactive customer-focused attitude
  • Medical background
  • Proven problem-solving skills, time management, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or customer service certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
