Call Center Specialist

Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about Sani Pure's products, services, and promotions to customers and potential clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, and logistics to address customer needs.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
- Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
