Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will manage day-to-day customer interactions, handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive customer experience. The goal is to provide outstanding support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or call center roles is required
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency with customer service software and related tools
  • Bachelor's degree required (Technical Major)
