Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support professional located in Maadi, Cairo. The role involves providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and experience. The selected candidate will handle technical inquiries, deliver effective solutions, maintain professional phone etiquette, and contribute to overall customer service excellence. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English B2/C1
  • Graduated from Engineering, Computer science, Biotechnology or any related field is a must
