Role Description

This full-time on-site Customer Support Representative role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for assisting customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing excellent support via various communication channels. The role includes ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting challenges, and maintaining positive relationships with customers. Representatives will also collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Communication that ensures clear and effective interaction with customers
  • Proven experience in Customer Satisfaction and a customer-first approach
  • Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred
