Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, offering flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns to ensure a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include providing clear communication, troubleshooting issues, maintaining customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent service in line with Tabby's high standards. This role requires collaborating with team members and offering proactive solutions to enhance overall customer support processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong Communication abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
  • Familiarity with support tools and CRM platforms (preferred but not required)
