Dr. Greiche for Glass Industries
, the leading glass processing company in the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a Customer Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at our manufacturing facility.
Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate and timely management of customer accounts and coordination between clients, factories, and suppliers. The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes, financial accuracy, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer account balances, invoicing, and collections.
- Follow up on customer forecasts and convert them into executable supply and shipping plans.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Handle customer portals and ERP systems for tracking orders, shipments, and financial data.
- Analyze outstanding balances, deductions, and penalties — identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proactive communication with customers via email and meetings (in both English and Arabic).
- Ensure alignment with internal teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting major) or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer accounts management within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and customer service portals.
- Familiarity with shipping, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong Excel skills and ability to generate clear, data-driven reports.
- Experience in handling LCs, purchase orders, and collections.
