- Cultivate Trusted Client Partnerships: Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, fully understanding their business goals, brand values, and communication needs.
- Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Manage and oversee multiple advertising projects across digital, social, OOH, and production streams ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with brand and quality standards.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with creative, media, and production teams to translate client objectives into impactful campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Performance Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present proposals, campaign updates, and performance reports with strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Business Growth & Upselling: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and proactively recommend solutions that strengthen the client s market position.
- Client Issue Resolution: Anticipate and address challenges promptly, maintaining client confidence and ensuring satisfaction throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence: Uphold agency standards of efficiency, communication, and documentation across all project stages.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
