Position: Junior Key Account Manager

Location: 3rd Industrial Zone A1, 10th of Ramadan, E. Sharkya

Reporting To: Senior Key Account Manager

Job Purpose:

The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and maintaining key customer relationships, ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team, and contributing to the achievement of sales and project targets.

This position plays a crucial role in client satisfaction and business continuity.

A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing and developing relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate closely with the Development Team to ensure timely delivery of projects and solutions.
  • Follow up on client requirements, feedback, and ongoing project updates.
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and contribute to proposal preparation.
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks related to account management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer communications and contracts.

B. Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

1–2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Relations (preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment).

Experience working with development or engineering teams is a strong plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
