Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant (Collection) at our office in New Cairo. The Junior Accountant will manage collection processes, ensuring timely payments from clients and keeping accurate transaction records. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, following up on overdue payments, and maintaining communication with clients to resolve any billing issues. The role also involves working closely with the accounts team to support overall financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in financial reconciliations, collection processes, and financial reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client interactions and payment follow-ups
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle high-volume transactions efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
