Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Interior Designer with a strong flair for business development and client engagement. This hybrid role blends innovative design thinking with strategic relationship-building to grow our client base, deliver exceptional design solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs, pitching design proposals, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Canva , Photoshop.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience in the lighting industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and mood boards.

  • Provide design input during client meetings and site visits as needed
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and Expo.
  • Interpret client needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic interior designs.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create layouts, 3D visualizations, material boards, and other presentation documents.
