We have an exciting career opportunity to join our group in a high-impact sales role.

This role will be responsible for driving sales in the Enterprise Data Protection market space.

The Sales Manager is accountable for the promotion of our products/services in the assigned region, through a well-defined strategy and sound partnerships with potential and existing customers.

S/He works towards optimizing sales volumes, building pipeline, prospect and competitively positions solutions and close opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the necessary & required sales pipeline to increase the company’s market share in specialized area;
- Grow the reference customers’ base with emphasis on new logos;
- Define the sales strategy and roadmap of the assigned product/service line;
- Manage the entire sales life cycle from prospecting to closing;
- Specify market requirements for current and future products/services by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to existing and potential customers;
- Research, map and recruit potential partners in the assigned country;
- Lead the partners’ relations in alignment with the company’s management and strategy in the assigned country;
- Develop close relationship with top partners in the assigned country;
- Assist in building and maintaining a solid channel/customer database, analyze data and develop metrics to evaluate loyalty and new opportunities;
- Secure the highest level of engagement and support to channel partners and respond to issues and/or queries in order to efficiently meet customers’ needs;
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to design and implement marketing activities;
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives;
- Promote the company and its product/service line within the region;
- Develops and executes upon go-to-market plans for expansion and growth of revenues through channels, field sales, and other necessary partnerships.
- Works closely with field and channel resources to promote and sell services to both prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinates joint sales engagement processes with senior level engineers, managed field relationships and channel enablement in order to capture business requirements and help shape the data, technology, process and people capabilities required to build a sustainable business
- Presents and participates in executive level communications related to sales metrics and strategies

**Skills**:

- 7 to 10+ years software sales experiences to named accounts, SIs, ISVs, MSPs or large enterprise accounts.
- Proven ability to develop new business within an existing company infrastructure.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans for expanding and growing revenue
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others to promote sales process
- Proven ability to easily understand technology and message the value it to prospects and partners (articulate concepts of Enterprise data protection, data management and cloud services including financial impact)
- Business case selling; profit versus TCO focused, understanding of capex/opex models
- Demonstrated success in developing quarterly briefing, forecasting, and achievement of revenue targets
- Demonstrated understanding of business fundamentals and GTM strategies of service providers to gain trust and build relationship
