Minimum 10 years experience in sales of cables and electrical products. - 3-5 years in sales management experience. - Good technical knowledge - in particular High Voltage, Low Voltage and Extra High Voltage cables and power systems engineering. - Strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills. - Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans. - Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to understand all aspects of a P& L statement as it impacts sales and pricing.
