1. Set commercial targets and meet budgeted sales of farm products

2. Generate and grow revenues, profit and share by proactively identifying strategic, long term growth and profit opportunities for each market.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the agricultural industry by promoting image, services and products.

4. Manage development and promotion of products and services for the agricultural Market.

5. Design, develop, and execute the company-wide sales strategy and demand driven forecasting.

6. Manage the supply (purchase, importation) and sales of products

7. Manage the inventory in line with working capital improvement KPI’s

8. Supervise Sales Team Credit Risk

9. Purchase of Inputs to Head Office

10. Implement and supervise development and marketing action

11. Manage and grow the commercial department

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field and MBA is preferred
- From 7-10 years of relevant (specialty vegetables and fruit products, natural and organic) related experience in sales with proven success and knowledge of store and distributor relationships.
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational development within a growing starting up organization.
- Strong mentoring, coaching experience to a team with diverse levels of expertise
- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems and sales reports
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and negotiating abilities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
