**Role**

We are looking for a stellar Commercial Manager to help introduce FreePL to the world. Through forming solid relationships with our various stakeholders, acquiring customers and building strategic partnerships, you will be at the forefront of our exciting launching phase, leading and delivering on ambitious growth plans.

**Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing FreePL's commercial strategy.
- Working with management to align commercial strategy with company goals and objectives.
- Leading the entire commercial team to achieve their targets and find further growth opportunities.
- Ensuring CRM is being used effectively across the team and using its data and insights to guide decisions.
- Building and managing strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understanding and helping fulfil key customer needs and requirements.
- Staying ahead of market and industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Generating proposals, negotiating deals and finalising contracts.
- Developing the commercial team through hiring, coaching, and training programs.
- Proposing and executing new sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Building strategic partnerships with our various stakeholders (suppliers, partners, institutions, business community etc.)
- Maintaining customer relationships after deal closing and collecting feedback to ensure service level is being met and further opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and cost-saving are taken.
- Working closely with other departments (Operations, Finance, Product etc.) to ensure alignment.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial roles, preferably in logistics or related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing customer relationships, negotiating deals and contracts and managing sales teams.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven record of results-driven success in previous commercial/sales roles.
- Experience working for tech startups is a plus.
